Need: “ Innovation and Research are the currency of 21st century” -Barak Obama, former, President, USA. Further, considering the current scenario and need of the hour, our Government has also taken multiple steps for development of the ecosystem for innovation and research such as:

Established Student start up and Innovation policy

Providing financial aids to start-ups and research proposals

Implementation of “Made in India” concept.

In order to improve Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and promote industrial development of the country, it is required to encourage research and innovation domains with good pace. However, research without publication stands no-where. Therefore, it is required to tag/mark the research with the name of researcher using hard bound structure, Further, it is also essential that it should be validated by competent authority. Moreover, in order to protect the research under copy write act, it is required to publish the research using reputed publication. This enables the researcher to claim his/her rights and earn fame for novel development. This is the main motivation to write a research paper.

The research papers are broadly classify in two types, (i) review paper and (ii) paper based on newly developed algorithm/novel technique/supported paper to any research. Details of both these types of papers are discussed here.

(i) Review paper

This type of paper is written based on the literature review of minimum 24 to 35 published research papers on a particular topic (topic of interest). The main motive to write this type of paper is to understand the research development till date. It is important to collect recently published research papers. Further, it is to be noted that rather than focus on conference papers, one should focus on collection of published research papers from reputed international/national journals. In other-words, for collection of papers for literature review, more emphasis is given to research papers published in reputed journals.

Prior to start writing such a paper, below mentioned steps to be followed:

a) Collect 24 to 35 published research papers on a particular topic (topic of interest).

b) Arrange these papers in chronological order.

c)  In the introduction section, follow chronological order of the published research papers. Here, narrate the algorithm/technique, suggested/implemented algorithm/ technique of that research paper in brief. Also mention, one of the limitations of the that paper in  two to three lines.

d) In the next section, algorithm/ technique used in the above-mentioned papers should be explained in detail (with figures and results).

e) In the same section, one subsection of comparative analysis of previously published literature paper can be shown using tabular form or figures.

f) In the end, explain your own work and compare it with previously published research papers.

(ii)  Research Papers

They gain more importance compared to review papers. The following sections are there in these papers:

a) The first section is introduction. Here, it is required to show chronological development of research topic of your interest (minimum 22 to 25 papers). Here, narrate the algorithm/technique suggested/implemented algorithm/ technique of research of that paper in brief. Also mention one of the limitations of the paper in  two to three lines. In the last paragraph, novelty of proposed algorithm is to be mentioned.

b) The second section illustrates the need for this research. One should explain pros and cons related to research topic by providing sub-topics.

c) In the third section, modelling and simulation aspects of developed model should be discussed. It is required to discuss single-line-diagram of simulation model and its sampling frequency. Also, mention the software environment that has been used to develop the simulation model.

d) The fourth section is the most important section of paper. Here, it is required to discuss your algorithm/ technique.

e) In the fifth section, comparative analysis of proposed algorithm with previously published research paper is to be carried out. Here, it is required to show that proposed algorithm out-performs the previously published research paper.

f) The last section is conclusion. Here, conclusion of the entire process starting from simulation model, number of cases that are generated, net outcome of the proposed algorithm/technique, and comparative analysis should be discussed.

on this I have strong Objection,

    01. in the case of new research, why I/we obey the standard Publications' remarkable validation process?? there is a also possibility to fraud or corruption in this so called standard and reputed publication?? isn't it??

    02. suppose in case of the new research paper writer and/or publisher are so much merge in deep research and he could not be nicely explain their research phenomenon or topology....!!! or in the other hand ... the so called reputed Publication authority may not be understand the concept of research like idiots. so in that case they declare the research scholar as wrong in their research or they declare the research as baseless research/,....??

at that time who is valid compiler authority???

    kindly solve this crucial query.

  2. on the behalf of the previous comment questions

Many English man (Angrez) deny the Indian Sanatni culture and ritual as a rubbish culture and they didn't accept at that time.... but in the present era..... they accept and research on that rather to side way their own research...

    why???

  3. I think , it is essential for every reputed publication to announce their details and methodology and also must be monitor by the authorized government authority i.e. A.I. bases transparent and systematic monitoring and progressive report track in nearest future by the research scholars.

and also, they have to reduce their so called non-sense high fees to accept and also they take too much time in this modern digital era... their act is completely suspicious...!!!!

I don't understand why you and other intelligent and dedicated scholars and also the responsible government employee don't raise this questions on the so called reputed Publishers' Authorities???!!!

Why??!!! even-though you are deserve for this job and/or work and/or Task?? aren't You????!!!!!!!!!

  4. Respected Sir,

is it necessary that our research should be related or in this case must be related with previously researches.

    means

in the case of very new topic that not discuss in the any previous research era.... so how can prove the scholar and/or students that his/her research is Authentic and useful to the society as well as world?!!!! HOW???!!!!

because so called reputed research publication authority have really such expert team or they only waste the time on the name of review the research???!!!

    kindly solve this query

  5. LAST Question about this topic

suppose research scholar and/or students are so much technically sound and they developed their own methodology and also algorithm and software rather than wasting time to learn the available software.....in that case ... in the sea of research/.....is it essential to follow their non-sense standards and rules each and every steps while research on any topic???!!!!

why "Atmanirbhar" concept not accept by the research examine authority???also in the analysis and other prospects???

    for best latest Example
"Atmanirbhar Bharat" developed "BharOS" operating system and the Google condemned to Indian authority for their indirect monopoly with giving non-excuse that without them "DIGITAL INDIA"concept is not possible.

so, respected Dr. Kunal Bhatt sir
kindly give all the answers and solve the query via this blog publicly.
